About

Moorpark College was established in 1967...

...today there are over 14,000 students enrolled and Moorpark was voted #4 of Top Community Colleges in the country for 2015.

FTVM covers Film, Television, Video, Audio and Radio mass-media production disciplines. The department faculty, and support staff, is comprised of professionals from the broadcast and production industries. Constantly evolving their own knowledge and understanding, their goal is to supply an education allowing students to either transfer to an undergraduate college or make them a viable candidate to the many employers in the entertainment industry.

Each semester the FTVM program brings students together to co-ordinate, as a production team, and create "LIVE at Club M" with music and comedy- a collaborative effort between Theatre Arts, MultiMedia and Design, Audio and Television Programs. Starting 2015 FTVM added the "Moorpark Graduation" and Student Talk shows- all of which were LIVE WEBCAST to the public.
